INGREDIENTS :

1/2 cucumber de seeded & finely chopped
170 grams greek yogurt
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon dill
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 chopped black olives

INSTRUCTIONS :

.with kitchen tissue dry 1/2 cucumber de seeded & finely chopped
.in a mixing bowl add 170 grams greek yogurt
.add 1/2 cucumber de seeded & finely chopped, 3 minced garlic cloves & mix together
.add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon white vinegar
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix together
.add 1/2 tablespoon dill & mix together
.top with 2 chopped black olives, black pepper, drizzle with olive oil
.serve with toasted bread & carrot sticks
