Our Service Cost: VND40K - $1.75 - The Garbage Man is an important person in our city. They carry out both trash collection and street sweeping functions. Generally, they do a good job, but the heavily trafficked areas are nearly impossible to keep clean. Not because of businesses and residence, but because Vietnamese in Saigon are litterers.
