Problems with my 7x7 hot tub from Spa Blowout - Barefoot Spas

We purchased 2 spas from Spa Blowout/Barefoot spas. We have the 77LM Hot tub and SS15 Swim spa. The 77LM is a 7x7ft spa with seating for 5, adjustable jets, LED lighting, OZO filtration and 1 lounge seat. The SS15 is a 15x7ft swim spa with seating for 8. The swim jets are out of this world and makes exercise exciting. It also has water fall and tons of Led lighting. We have had 15 people in our swim spa at one time, and we all were comfortable.

SS15 is listed at $32k
77LM is listed at $9k
*****Don't Pay that much******

With all that said, I have complaints to get off my chest!
1) The exterior design of the panels can use a lot of work. The panels are held in place by plastic connectors that are hard to remove and almost impossible to replace.
2) The jets in the seating area of the SS15 swim spa are not jets at all. They would be comparable to soft water running on your back. When I spoke to the company, they stated that I can't have all the jets in the seating area opened at the same time. They have one jet motor that controls the jets in that area that is not enough to supply those seats with full strength jets.
3) The SS15 doesn't have heating and lighting controls on both end of the spa.
4) The LED lighting on both spas do not cut off by themselves.

I have other minor complaints, but these are the ones that stand out. Overall, I do recommend purchasing the spas. If you can get a good deal. I have enjoyed every minute of the spas. I am able to swim year round or chill in the hot tub year round. When we move, we are able to take both spas with us and will not lose money like you would with a inground pool.

Please leave a comment or question, I will answer to my best ability.
