Making Delicious Vegan Mac 'N' Cheese

My mom has been making this recipe for a while so I decided to try it for myself! This is a great alternative to boxed and processed stuff, it's only a few ingredients, relatively healthy, and it's fun to make! Enjoy!

What you'll need -
1 Butternut Squash
1 cup almond milk or other dairy free milk
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup cashews (raw)
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 box of macaroni

1. Peel and cut the squash into cubes and boil it for several minutes until soft.
2. Drain the squash and combine it in the blender with the other ingredients (not the pasta). Blend until smooth.
3. Boil the pasta until al dente, then combine the sauce with the pasta. Serve and enjoy!
