Family Brings in Vet to Care for Sick Moose

Info from Licensor: "We found a sick moose on our property in Westlock County. Our neighbor is a vet and came to help. We brought her food and branches and tried to remove thousands of ticks. She loved my husband Jason and would raise her nose up at the sound of his voice! She was so sweet but in the end she passed away on the evening of May 9 from the parasites and old age. It was myself (Kathie), my husband Jason, my cousin Tammy, the vet Carol, my sister Charlotte and my nephew Kevin that helped."
