Snake Island attack is 'PR stunt gone bad'

After an update on the total loss Ukraine suffered on their attempt to retake Snake Island, it appears that this was nothing more than a publicity stunt attempting to put a damper on Russia's Victory Day celebration. Apparently, President Zelensky made the order, overruling the Ukrainian General Staff, at the urging of British advisers in Kiev.
