Today, Congressman Andy Biggs held an off-site hearing to address the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI)’s overreach on America’s press. The hearing featured at least 15 prominent Republican lawmakers who are House Freedom Caucus members and serve on the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees. Three expert witnesses provided testimony. Biggs examines the abusive tactics employed by the DOJ and FBI and their efforts to circumvent the judicial system to perpetuate these injustices.
