Looking to get HUGE Triceps? This 3 exercise Triceps workout (+ IMPORTANT Triceps activation exercise) will blow your arm gains up like nothing before!

Today, I’m sharing my 3 ESSENTIAL exercises for building massive triceps (and as a result bigger arms). Plus, I’ll be demonstrating an activation technique that is going to help you develop the mind-to-muscle connection that ensures you are performing the exercises properly, and ultimately getting more of those micro muscle tears responsible for muscle growth.

The triceps are primarily the main muscle group that gives the appearance of those sleeve bustin’ arms. I'll be showing you the BEST way to perform our 3 exercises; overhead extensions, close grip push-up or bench press, and crossbody single-arm extensions.

Always be mindful of your form and pacing. Important things to consider when performing these exercises is to remember time under tension or TUT to stimulate hypertrophy. Another important aspect is to always prioritize control over speed for ensuring we're solely using the triceps for each exercise, and not wasting the benefit of each repetition on other muscle groups.
