MUSEO ROSENBACH, ZARATHUSTRA (1973)
MUSEO ROSENBACH was born around 1971 with the name Inaugurazione del Museo Rosenbach, which means "Inauguration of the Rosenbach Museum" in Italian) as a fusion of two bands from the second half of the 1960s, La Quinta Strada and Il Sistema. These bands featured covers by Jimi Hendrix and groups like The Kinks, The Animals and Steppenwolf, but also by Rhythm & Blues stars like Otis Redding and Wilson Pickett.
Regarding the band's name, it is believed that it was inspired by fellow countrymen Premiata Forneria Marconi and Banco del Mutuo Soccorso. As well as a bank and a bakery, the band found it interesting to create a museum in honor of the German Otto Rosenbach. Other sources point to the Rosenbach Museum & Library, located in Philadelphia, as inspiration.
Influenced by bands such as Pink Floyd and Banco del Mutuo Soccorso, they went for a progressive sound, releasing the famous work ZARATHUSTRA in April 1973. The songs showed a clear influence, in the wide use of keyboard, mellotron and hammond, of the best style of progressive rock. Vocalist Stefano Galifi showed a distinctive voice and keyboardist Pit Corradi added a touch of originality to the band's sound. They had problems with their supposed leanings towards fascism, with the presence of CD covers featuring Benedict Mussolini and song lyrics inspired by Friedrich Nietzsche.

As canções mostravam a clara influência, no amplo uso do teclado, mellotron e hammond, do melhor estilo do rock progressivo.
