This is my Lasagna that my familie loves. It's got great deep meaty flavors with a dark San Marzano sauce with hand crushed tomatoes. fresh ground sirloin, wagyu beef and sweet Italian sausage. add a few cups of sweet red wine and 1 cup of sugar white or brown, urbs then slow simmer the meat sauce for 6 hours. then taste for salt & pepper. then make the White Sauce. when topping the Lasagna i use two types of whole milk mozzarella fresh slices, and shredded whole milk mozzarella. then cover with foil and back for 40 minutes at 400 covered and then 15 min uncovered with you want the cheese browned up. you can't forget the beer also. this is up a 6-8 beer operation, and it pairs well with a Diablo Punch cigar.
