This is my signature Hard Sin Hot Dog a 1/4 all beef hot dog wrapped in thick cut apple wood smoked bacon and then pan fried till crispy and then you caramelize onions in the bacon fat and then crisp up smoked pulled pork and when warm its time to assemble and top with Carolina style BBQ sauce and hammer that BITC# back with a beer of your choice. This hot dog go's great with the Punch Diablo
