Lime and butter cake made with sourdough

Sourdough Lime cake for mothers day. Lime butter cake.
This easy and quick recipe is made with sourdough to enhance the benefits of fermentation and to balance the flavours within the cake itself.

Here you find the ingredients that are needed to make the cake in order of use:
200 gr of butter
150 gr of icing sugar or caster sugar
200 eggs or 4 large eggs
75 gr wholemeal flour
75 gr cornflour
5 gr baking powder
100 gr shredded coconut
zest of 3 limes
juice of 2 limes, half in the batter and half on top after baking.
45 gr limoncello or any other neutral liquor.
