Sanctions and embargos on Russia aren't hurting them, only helping them and hurting the West

The sanctions and embargos being placed on Russia are probably not having the effect that the West was hoping them would. Many of the sanctions and embargoes won't go into effect until next year. Plus, the higher oil prices are probably helping to increase the value of Russia's oil.
