Unveiling the ILLEGAL SCAM With Instagram Giveaways
I discuss the Instagram loop giveaway scheme that is popular on Instagram for large influencers. After a couple of players in the space reached out to me, I unveil the illegal scam with Instagram giveaways that no one knows about.

A quick rundown of the Instagram loop giveaway scheme:
Large influencer with millions of followers makes a post about a giveaway where they are going to be giving away expensive consumer items to their audience.
All you have to do is like the post, tag 3 friends in the comments, and follow everyone that a secondary account is following.
On that secondary account, there will be like 80 accounts that you’ll need to follow in order to participate in the giveaway and win the items.
Those 80 people are called sponsors. The sponsors pay money to be on that following list, which is known as paying for slots, in order to gain the promised follower counts. They are the funding source for this entire operation.
The host company that manages this operation pays the influencer somewhere between $25,000 to $100,000 to make the post and tag the secondary account. What I’ve seen is the bigger your butt, the more you can command. That’s from unofficial research. The host receives all of the money from the sponsors, buys the consumer items, and then picks a couple of winners.
Aspire Giveaways is run by a kid named Skyler Parks. Skyler links up with the influencers, pays them, buys the gifts, receives money from the sponsors, and picks the winner. I have been told by numerous people that he does not give the items to any winners.
I discuss 5 problems with Skyler's operation:
Problem #1. I have confirmed from these multiple sources that Skyler does not in fact send the giveaway items to the winner or anyone. He returns the items to the store.
Problem #2. He has been known to not deliver the promised results for his clients, the sponsors.
Problem #3. Skylar is lying to his sponsors about follower counts. This is similar to #2 in that he allegedly buys followers when he needs to reach the guaranteed follower threshold.
Problem #4. No adequate terms of service on his website.
Problem #5. Skyler is putting the influencer at risk of legal action.
