Ingrediants:
200 grams chicken
100 grams of olives
50 grams capers
50 grams philadelphia
salt
extra virgin olive oil
1 carrot
1/2 bell pepper

cooking time: 5 minutes for the chicken

cook 200 grams of chicken in a pan

cut the chicken

cut 1/2 bell pepper

add 1 carrot

Add 100 grams of olives

Add 50 grams of capers

add some walnuts
