After more than 25 years in the workplace, I know that with gossip, there are NO secrets.

All the gossip circulating around the office will eventually find its way back to the person you are talking about.

At some point, even you will be at the center of a gossip soap opera.

It can be tempting to talk for hours around the water cooler instead of being productive… but there are consequences.
