Starting our Home Addition ||Deck Tear Out & Rotten Rim Joist Replacement||

Good afternoon everyone! Super exciting day, we just got our building permit back and we are starting our 14x14FT home addition. We tore off our old deck which was in pretty poor shape and found that the flashing around our door had deteriorated and the rim joist was damaged. Luckily we were able to replace it without issue.
