How to Safely Remove Vinyl Decals from a Painted Surface

I demonstrate how I remove most vinyl graphics from both a clear coated and non-clear coated surface. I discuss when to use and when not to use an eraser or scraper. There is a time and place for each method depending on the condition of the vinyl and the type of surface it is on.
