The Elusive NS-12Z!!! I finally got it on a nice sunny day on April 30 2022 at Hudson Pa. Northbound to Binghamton Ny. I call it elusive because I have been having a hard time getting this one lately due to it running at odd hours...very late at nigh or way too early in the morning...

Please be patient with me as I'm behind on uploading new content. I have the content but I'm trying to catch up which is why this video is a week late. It's a very rainy day here in the Northeast so I'll see if I can get more videos edited and ready to upload. Besides...Can't railfan in pouring down rain :-(
