Biden Says Record Inflation is “Largely the Fault of Putin”

PHILADELPHIA – President Biden on Friday said skyrocketing inflation "is largely the fault of" Russian President Vladimir Putin, despite the fact that inflation began rising well before Putin's invasion of Ukraine.
