Orange mushrooms

I saw this on a tree stump growing beside a road. I have no idea what this is. If you know, please leave a comment. Be careful when touching unidentified fungi because this or the oyster looking fungi stung my fingers and I had to wash my hands 5 times to make it lessen then pain.
