CREAMY COFFEE WITH 3 INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons (sp) instant coffee
3 tablespoons (sp) demerara sugar, brown sugar or sweetener
6 tablespoons (sp) hot water

PREPARATION:
Put everything in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for approx. 15 minutes or until it's like whipped cream.
OBS: you must beat it well so that there is no residue of the soluble coffee at the bottom of the bowl / it cannot be done with a blender.

HOW TO USE:
Place a spoon of (sp) in a mug with hot milk of your choice and mix, as there is already sugar in the recipe, you don't need to sweeten it, but it's to taste.

PRESERVE: in a jar with a lid in the freezer for up to 15 days or more, depending on the coffee used and the refrigeration in your fridge.
