Animal Products Causing Cancer

Neal Barnard recommends that you get away from meat, dairy, and junk food. Those foods are associated with a higher risk of breast cancer and other hormonal cancers, like prostate cancer, digestive cancers like colorectal cancer, and many others. Alcohol increases the risk of several forms of cancer, including breast cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, and many others.

If you take a hamburger and throw it on the grill, as it heats, carcinogens form heterocyclic amines. They cause cancer, and an even bigger source is chicken. Neal found these carcinogens in every restaurant he tested and every chicken sample. If you heat a veggie burger, it gets warm.
