"Kona", injured leg dog from Manitoba in care of Niagara SPCA | Pet Relocation Program

"Kona" has an injured back leg. Kona came to us through our Pet Relocation Program. A collaboration with rescue partners to bring dogs from remote or underserviced communities in Canada and sometimes beyond with the aim of easing the overpopulation burden in this communities.
