Recipe:
Roma Whole Peeled Tomatos 28 oz.
Cento Crushed Tomatos 28 oz.
Tomato Paste - about 3 Globs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - about 3 Globs
Sugar - about half a Tablespoon
Oregano - about a Tablespoon.

Put it into a Food Processor and do a quick spin (not too much, you want it thicked).

Put it into a sauce pan and put it on Low for 1 to Hour to reduce and thicken up.

Can/ it or Jar it and put it in your Fridge for at least 24 hours before using it for Pizza.
