Eriese Tisdale - Interrogation of a Cop Killer

The Florida Supreme Court on Thursday overturned the death sentence of Eriese Tisdale, the former Fort Pierce man convicted of gunning down St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Sgt. Gary Morales in 2013. Tisdale, 31, has been on Florida’s death row since 2016 when Circuit Judge Dan Vaughn ordered for him to be executed after a jury voted 9 to 3 in favor of the death penalty.

During Tisdale’s trial in October 2015, the same jury convicted him of first-degree murder of a police officer and other felonies.
