Joe Biden cannot legally forgive student debt

To all the liberals who voted on Biden because he promised to forgive student debt, not only does he not have the legal authority to do so, he would be on shaky ground if he used executive action, he does not have the votes to pass it through congress, and he could get sued by loan-servicing companies and investors.
