Today, Carl interviewed Charles Fain Lehman of the NY Daily News about the surge in hate crime attacks against Jews in NYC.
According to NYPD data there’s been a 99% increase in hate crimes just since 2020.
Charles explains what Mayor Eric Adam’s needs to do to get hate crimes under control in the Big Apple and why he’s hopeful it will happen.
Safety and the economy is a big issue for the Jewish community heading into the midterm elections. If democrats don’t get crime and inflation under control, more Jews may abandon the Democratic Party.
