CA Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing - Minor Consent Bill SB 866

Senators Scott Wiener and Richard Pan propose an amendment to SB 877 which would allow children 12 and up in California to consent to immunization without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Dawn Richardson, of NVIC Advocacy, and CHD.TV's ‘Advocacy Lifeline’ will testify on behalf of parental rights.
