WHO to vote May 22-28 on... what, exactly?

Rumblings. No pun intended. What are they voting on? Will it strip us of our sovereignty and bring about a one world government? Who knows, but if voted on, these 13 mysterious amendments could become law (not requiring 2/3 vote of the Senate) by November 2022.
