Tiggo 7 has evolved. The CAOA CHERY Premium SUV is now sold in the PRO version and reaches the market with more sophistication and technology. With a completely renewed look, the version also has a new powertrain set, more focused on performance and improvements in the transmission systems, suspension and acoustic comfort.

The Tiggo 7 PRO also becomes more spacious and, consequently, more comfortable. The model grew in dimensions, in addition to having an even larger trunk, aiming to meet the profile of the demanding consumer in the SUV segment. Contemporary and innovative, the CAOA CHERY utility stands out for its technology. There are more than 10 safety and steering assistance items, always standard, that make the Tiggo 7 PRO one of the most complete SUVs on the market.

The Tiggo 7 PRO is a response by CAOA CHERY to the demands of the market and national consumers, in addition to already meeting the new emission limits of the Proconve L7. Always evolving, the brand reinforces its commitment to Quality, Technology and Design and expands its portfolio in the PRO line, which aims to be a reference in the premium segment, demonstrating its full potential in terms of innovation.

Produced at the CAOA factory in Anápolis (GO), the Tiggo 7 PRO is already sold at CAOA CHERY dealerships across the country, for the launch price of R$ 179,990

Modern, globally renowned and very well accepted in the Brazilian market, the 1.6 Turbo GDI engine brought even more performance to the Tiggo 7 PRO. The engine is powered by gasoline, has direct injection, four cylinders, dual valve timing, with dual phase variator (DVVT), both in the intake and exhaust, in addition to being equipped with an intercooler. It works in conjunction with a 7-speed DCT transmission that provides the SUV with agile and comfortable steering. The wet dual clutch gearbox also has a joystick-type lever and manual shifting option.

This powertrain set was calibrated and developed by CAOA CHERY's Brazilian engineering who, for about twelve months, worked on the project prioritizing performance and agile and pleasant handling. With this, the vehicle gained more power and torque in the new version. There are 187 hp of maximum power and 28 kgfm of maximum torque, available from 2,000 to 4,000 RPM. The performance gain was also reflected in numbers. The sport utility vehicle accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 8.09 seconds, one of the best times in its category.
The project also had partners recognized globally for their quality and technology, such as Bosch, which was a partner of the Brazilian team in the engine calibration process, and was also responsible for the injection system.

The Tiggo 7 PRO was developed under the T1X modular platform, based on a shared technology with Jaguar Land Rover, and which has as one of its differentials the fact that it provides a high level of safety.

Also with a view to safety, the structure of the Tiggo 7 PRO was completely renovated, now using more than 60% of high-strength steels. For this reason, some technologies have also been upgraded, such as the new ESP electronic stability control system, which is state-of-the-art. The Tiggo 7 PRO was designed to meet the 5-star requirements of China-NCAP, the equivalent body to Latin NCAP, and also has six airbags (front, side and curtain).
The brakes are discs on all four wheels and work in conjunction with the ABS (anti-lock brake system) and EBD (electronic brake distribution) systems.
