▶︎So, HERE'S THE STORY on this "Baked Feta Pasta, Gluten-Free"◀︎
Looking for a new idea?**Something different; something easy; something cheesy; something affordable; something that feeds the whole family?**We adapted this from a recipe that was adapted from a recipe 😳***The blog 'Loving Life and Living Yeast-Free' is where we found it**And, any way you slice it, THIS is a recipe worth putting in your personal Cookbook** Bon Appetit!! 🥂

▶︎Recipe INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. Gluten-free Pasta = 2 cups
8 oz. Block Feta cheese
2 pints Cherry tomatoes (we substituted Grape tomatoes instead)
1/4 tsp. Sea salt & 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/4 cup packed Fresh Basil

▶︎Recipe DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Place cherry tomatoes in an oven-safe baking dish. Pour olive oil on top and season w/ salt and pepper. Toss well until combined.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta cheese melts.
4. While the tomatoes and feta are baking, cook the pasta in a pot of salted water, according to the package directions, until al dente. Drain....reserving 1/3 cup of the cooking liquid in case you'd like to toss that in ( we didn't need that last step).
5. Immediately add the garlic and the basil leaves to the cooked tomatoes and feta, and toss everything in to combine.
6. Now, transfer the cooked pasta in to the baking dish and toss to further combine. Garnish with the extra basil and serve warm.
7. Then, EAT IT❣️
8. THE END.
