Gonzalo Lira gives us a parallel hypothetical illustration for the Ukraine situation that perfectly depicts the hypocrisy and ignorance of those in the West who hate Russia and call Vladimir Putin a bully and a thug. In reality, Russia is totally justified in what it has done militarily and what it is doing to defend its borders and nation. The American government, it's politicians, its bureaucrats, and its military-industrial complex (but not most of its regular citizens) and US military power projected through NATO are the bullies and thugs who have been building a huge European alliance and have been using Ukraine as a puppet state since 2014 in order to destroy Russia, cause regime change, and break the country into parts. Imagine if someone tried to do this to the US via military action. This is why what Jesus famously said applies well to US foreign policy: "Do to others as you would have them do to you."
