Is it a bad idea to FOMO in to Real Estate now? with Realtor Elvin Lantigua from Douglas Elliman

With lots of home buyers trying to get in before mortgage rates go even higher - does this FOMO action seem like a bad move? In most cases, FOMO'ing in to anything is a bad idea. Although we didn't address this specifically in the segment, I want to make it clear. Always be deliberate when making big financial decisions/investments!
