Russian Billionaire Who Made Drones and Mysteriously Escaped U.S. Sanctions Has Ties to Hunter Biden

It’s been a bit of a mystery why notable Russian oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov — a billionaire who until recently controlled Sistema, an engineering conglomerate that manufactures drones — has escaped U.S. sanctions.
A new exclusive report from the Daily Mail, however, solves the mystery of why Yevtushenkov has been sanctioned by the U.K., but is as of yet unsanctioned by the U.S.

“Hunter Biden flew to Moscow for a meeting with a now-sanctioned Russian oligarch with reportedly close ties to Vladimir Putin, laptop files reveal,” the Daily Mail reported.
