Man charged in Pinellas County land scheme asks for reduced bond

Investigators say Marvin Scott's name may haven not been on the paperwork but insist he ran an illegal operation that took $1.4 mil from over 100 seniors. In court, his attorney tried to convince to lower Scott's bond.
