Today we're going to make keto broccoli and cheddar frittata

an easy and quick keto meal that only needs five ingredients and only 5 minutes to make

You will need the following ingredient

3 Eggs

1 Tablespoon Butter

1/4 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

1/4 cup Broccoli florets

Pinch of Salt, and Paprika

Now that you have the increments, lets start!

Brush a heat-proof, microwave safe bowl with butter

Then crack in 3 eggs and add the salt, and paprika beat rill mixed well

Mix in cheddar and top with broccoli florets

Set in the microwave for about 3 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean

And that’s it!
