⚜️When it comes to executive protection we simply cannot make mistakes. Communication can break down and various other factors can try to destroy the flow of a detail. Here are a few precautions you can take to ensure that you have the highest level of accuracy when it comes to your principals flying in, to meet you at the FBO. I personally am all about redundancies when it comes to verifying or communicating about things that simply must be done right. Superior systems will give you a superior product and an outcome you can trust. When you can trust the outcome, then so can your clients, principals and shareholders.

So, the best practice to navigate through such circumstances is to always ensure that you get in touch with the pilot of the plane and get confirmation on the exact landing location, the number of people to expect at the airport. Make use of the flight tracker app so that you have everything planned out to the last minute. You may not be able to do all of these things every single time but if you can get at least two of these things established for the flight then the probability is that you will be ready.

These are small hacks but they go a long way in this profession, so never take them lightly.
