Adding 4th culvert pipe for emergency spillway in the pond dam! Part 2 of 2, Bobcat e42 r2 series.

TOO MUCH WATER!! Part 2, installing a 4th emergency pond spillway culvert pipe trying to tame massive water erosion and water flow to this new pond project! Join me today for the 2nd part of this land management project as I have found myself taking on the largest pond build project ever so far, and I think I have gone up against mother nature in a very BIG WAY! This new pond build is taking in water from 3 separate and different ditches and it is all going into this new Southern Illinois pond project at an alarming water volume rate! In today's episode I will finish installing the 4th pond overflow pipe in the pond dam with my Bobcat e42 R-2 series mini excavator, and then we'll using some redneck engineering and lay down some scrap metal siding (trying to keep costs down), then digging a new trench and ditch for the pond overflow water to go off into the woods instead of back into the field from which we have diverted the water from! The original plan was to lay a full load of rip rap stone down on top of the metal siding, but unfortunately the rip rap stone did not arrive in time, and we got pummeled with heavy rains a few days after finishing this leg of the project. Then we'll see an AFTER look of the emergency pond spillway culvert pipes, check in on the culvert pipe ditch crossing that leads into this pond and see what kind of water erosion we are still dealing with on this pond build project.
