Delicious recipes: Meatloaf stuffed with cheese & vegetables

Hello friends! Today we prepare this stuffed meatloaf - a fantastic dinner of meat and vegetables!

Ingredients:
500 grams of minced meat
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
a pinch of salt
a pinch of nutmeg
200 grams of spinach
3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons of milk

STEPS:
In a bowl put 500 grams of minced meat and break 2 eggs
Add 3 tablespoons of parmesan
Add a pinch of nutmeg
Add 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
Add 3 tablespoons of milk
And finally add a pinch of salt
Knead everything until you get a smooth dough
Now take a sheet of baking paper
Pour over the meat and spread it until it forms a rectangle
Stuff the meatloaf with spinach cooked in a pan
Place them in the center
Add some strips of cheese, use whatever you like more
Now close the meatloaf by rolling it on itself
Close the ends of the parchment paper tightly
Roll it up in the same way in another sheet of baking paper
Let it rest for 20 minutes in the fridge
Bake it wrapped in 2 layers of parchment paper for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
After 30 minutes, take the meatloaf out of the oven and remove the first layer of parchment paper
Cook it for another 10 minutes, always at 180 degrees
Finally remove the last layer of parchment paper and cook it for the last 10 minutes at 180 degrees
Cut the meatloaf into slices and serve it to your guests
