A farm girl episode; Picking Wild Blackberries, UTV Trail Riding and a SWEET Ending to the Day

Sharon here! It's that time of the year when the wild blackberries are ripening and a great time to go exploring with the electric UTV through our wooded property in rural Southern Illinois. I find some gorgeous summer flowering trees, bushes and weeds. The butterflies and bees are loving them as much as I do. I spot a vocal red tailed hawk high on the power line and find some unexpected passion fruit already growing! The trails lead me through several areas of our property in search of the ripest berries. To end it all, I make a mouthwatering warm black and blueberry cobbler served with vanilla ice cream that will make your mouth water.
