If it's beneficial therapeutically then it's beneficial prophylactically and therefore if it's not Beneful therapeutically it's not Beneful prophylactically

and 2

vice versa

If it's beneficial prophylactically then it's beneficial therapeutically and if it's not beneficial prophylactically then it's not beneficial therapeutically.

2 is basicly saying the same thing as 1 or is it? Got it ?
