EP #8 - 38 Acre Investment Property. Abandoned house salvage begins!

Sharon here and welcome back! I head to the abandoned house to see what I can salvage and reclaim before demolition. Using only a hammer and pry bar I take on the challenges this block house throws at me! From solid oak window framing to rusty door hardware to original glass windows and doors, I end up with a stash of items that can be repurposed and reclaimed for future projects. Joe will be there soon with his excavator and energy drink in hand soon so I need to get a move on if I have any hopes of keeping anything intact! It's hot, dusty, creepy and dangerous so sit back and enjoy it without getting sweaty or dirty.
