Southern Illinois chili venison! Crock pot venison, A Homestead Harvest

Welcome back to another easy homestead cooking recipe using freshly harvested venison right from our Southern Illinois farm. Cool fall nights and deer harvest season have me cooking up a hearty venison chili that is sure to warm the heart and soul of any venison lover! With a crock pot it doesn't take me long to show you how you can make this easy recipe with basic ingredients and still have time to enjoy the fall weather.

Recipe - 1 pound ground venison, 3 cans of beans, 1 large can crushed tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste, 1 cup frozen corn, 1 cup chopped onions, salt/pepper, 1T cumin, 1T crushed garlic, 2T beef bouillon paste, and chili powder to taste,1 can beer, shredded cheddar and sour cream to top it off.
