The Housing Bubble is Bursting

The housing bubble is bursting with the Fed Chairman Jerome Powell stating that housing prices are "unhinged from fundamentals." The Fed is raising interest rates to battle inflation, and the handouts from the federal government Cares Act and other Covid measures have run out, so the result will be a halt to the insane housing price increases.
