NLPC Chairman Confronts Warren Buffett at Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting

Peter Flaherty, chairman of National Legal and Policy Center, presented the organization's shareholder proposal to separate the roles of chairman and CEO at the annual meeting of Berkshire Hathaway on April 30, 2022. Both roles are held by Warren Buffett.
