The pond ran over.. Emergency pond dam repair and spillway preparation for major rain Will it hold?

And then the storm hit.. With all of the rain we've been getting lately our 2 ponds that are interconnected have maintained an usually high level as the pond spillway takes longer now that it drains both ponds now with a higher water volume. And the last time we had heavy rains like this the pond actually crossed over the dam in one low spot. So in today's kapper farm vlog I'll break out the bobcat e42 R2 series mini excavator with the Godzilla 36" bucket and the bobcat T650 CTL skid steer to bring in some more 3 inch stone in the spillway that is currently flowing with water, and I'll build up the low spot in the pond dam with dirt. And then the storm hit, so we'll get a look at the gulley washer heavy rain event and we'll take an after look at some of the water erosion damage that I cause on our Southern Illinois farm. And of course we'll take a look at the pond dam repair and spillway stone to see if it survived the storm!
