Yep, today we have some real goose eggs vs chicken eggs! Join me and my 2 sons at our Southern Illinois country living farm as we try yet another life experiment as we do a blind taste test of scrambled goose eggs vs chicken eggs. Special thanks to my oldest son, Jozsef for being the chef in this country living experiment! Recently I got a box full of domestic goose eggs from a buddy of mine to try out. He has not been brave enough yet to actually try them, as his mother has been raising them and the geese are way out-laying the chickens lately! So, I volunteered to try them out! In today's episode we'll do a blind taste test of the Goose eggs and chicken eggs.
