And with that last conjecture. they fail to reveal whether they have created even one fully successfull post-op patient, with full capacity... which I doubt, and moreover sense they have probably murdered a lot of people up to this time in their "experiments".

I think it is all a lie... and just like the fake vaccines... the chips will be nothing more that motion stoppers/enhancers... and have nothing to do with the human will other than to affect the human will with stimulus to the flesh... if they can even manage that.
