Cop Passed-Out In Traffic Was Never Passed-Out, Says Dishonest-Deputy Who Recorded It: Bodycam

Drivers in Seminole County called police because they observed a fellow motorist passed-out behind the wheel near an intersection. The Seminole County Sheriff’s Department responded to the call and found that the passed-out driver is a Captain for the sheriff's department. “You’re good, just leave. This didn’t happen,” a deputy can be heard saying as he walks away laughing. No sobriety-tests or medical-exams were conducted.
